With WhosOut Rewards, you get rewarded just for going out. Earn rewards every time you spend at the best spots in your city—rewards that come in the form of gift cards mailed directly to you.
You’ll earn rewards every time you spend at our partner spots. Simply link your card on the app, and every transaction made at participating venues will count towards your rewards. Keep track of your points and transactions via your rewards tab in the app.
Yes, you can link multiple cards to your account. All transactions made with any of your linked cards at participating venues will count towards your rewards.
If you lose your linked card, simply unlink it from the app and link your new card. Transactions made with the lost card after it has been unlinked will not count towards your rewards.
Points are typically updated within 24-48 hours after a qualifying transaction is made. If you don’t see your points after this time, contact support.
Our exclusive rewards include gift cards mailed directly to you and are valid at the corresponding bar where you spent. Check out the Rewards tab in the app to see the latest options. We’re constantly adding more rewards, so keep your eyes peeled!
Currently, reward gift cards are only valid at the specific bar where you earned them. We’re exploring options to make rewards more flexible across different partner locations.
Head to the Rewards tab in-app to link your card. Simply enter your card details in the Visa/Mastercard/AMEX secure portal. Once linked, your transactions at participating venues will be tracked automatically.
Your data is 100% secure, and we’ll never charge your card. We use a secure and PCI-compliant SDK from Fidel.uk to tokenize (encrypt) your card details to an ID number.
If your card expires but your replacement has the same number, you don’t need to update anything. To remove a linked card or add a new one, head to the Profile tab in-app and select "View linked cards" to manage your wallet.
We only have access to transactions made on card machines at our reward venues using cards registered on the app.
Your points on the app never expire, so you can build them up to unlock that reward you’ve had your eye on for a while.
Reward gift cards have an expiration 6 months after your card has been redeemed.
Unfortunately, we do not support payments made online, such as order-to-table services. We only have access to transaction data made on card machines, so you will not be rewarded for online purchases.
If you are linking a Mastercard for the first time, it may take up to a week for us to receive transaction data. If you still haven’t received your reward after this time, contact support with proof of your purchase.
If you linked the wrong card, go to the Profile tab, select "View linked cards," and unlink the incorrect card. You can then add the correct card to start earning rewards.
You cannot check the balance or status of your reward gift card at this time.
No, only transactions made with a linked card at participating venues will count towards your rewards. Cash transactions are not eligible.
Ensure your card was linked before making the purchase and that the transaction was made on a card machine at a participating venue. If you still didn’t receive points, contact support with proof of your purchase.
Yes, you need to be physically present and use your linked card at the venue’s card machine to earn rewards. Online orders or remote payments do not qualify.
Some partner locations may have a minimum spending threshold before points are awarded. Check the venue details in the app for specific requirements.
Reward gift cards are generally valid during promotions unless stated otherwise by the venue. It’s best to check with the venue directly if you’re unsure.
If a partner venue closes or exits the program, you will no longer be able to earn rewards there. Any unused reward gift cards may still be valid until their expiration date, but please verify with the venue.
Only successful transactions will count towards your rewards. If your transaction was declined initially and later approved, the points should still be awarded, but if not, contact support for assistance.
If you haven’t received your reward gift card within 10 business days, please reach out to our support team with your reward confirmation details.
At this time, points and rewards are non-transferable and are tied to your account.
